The Addams Family 1991 Hindi Dubbed Official

This is the story of The Addams Family , as it was told in the crackling, amplified voice of Hindi dubbing in 1991.

Gordon, now renamed "Fake Fester," was voiced by a comedian who made him sound like a scared rat. He shaved his head, wore a bathrobe, and knocked on the Addams' door.

Amma screams. Fake Fester tries to run. But the family—Grandmama, Thing (the floating hand, voiced as "Haath ji"), and even Cousin Itt (whose Hindi babbling was subtitled as "Main kuch ukhaad nahi sakta, lekin bahut pyaara hoon")—surround them. The Addams Family 1991 Hindi Dubbed

"Tum bhi Addams ho, beta," says Grandmama, patting his bald head. "Tumhara dil andhera hai, bas dikhna nahi jaanta." (You too are an Addams, son. Your heart is dark, it just doesn't know how to show it.)

The Hindi dub truly shined in the family scenes. When Gomez welcomed "Fake Fester" with tears in his eyes, the dialogue was pure melodrama: This is the story of The Addams Family

Wednesday, not fooled for a second, handed him a glass of milk and arsenic. "Peeyo, Chacha ji. Fresh hai." (Drink, Uncle. It's fresh.)

The trouble began with a bald, greedy man named Tulsi (originally Tully Alford). In the Hindi dub, he spoke in a fast, nasal, Delhi-style Hindi, always rubbing his hands. "Gomez bhai, investment! Bahamas mein bangla! 100% return!" Amma screams

"Gomez bhai, aaram se!" shouted Morticia, her black gown trailing like a river of midnight. But in the Hindi dub, her voice was deep, soothing, and carried the wisdom of a thousand daayans (witches).
