Suzuki Shogun — 110 R Service Manual

Download the Suzuki Raider 110 service manual – it will get you through 95% of repairs (engine, trans, brakes, suspension, electrical). For body panel removal and unique Shogun parts, check PakWheels video tutorials on YouTube (search “Shogun 110 R timing chain” or “Shogun 110 R clutch repair”).

However, the Shogun 110 R is mechanically very similar to the (sold in Latin America/Asia) and shares most of its engine/electrical system with the Suzuki Raider 110 (Philippines/Indonesia).

This is a tricky one because the was primarily sold in Pakistan (and some other South Asian markets), not globally. As a result, official factory service manuals are rare online—Suzuki’s global press site doesn’t list it, and most “manuals” you find will be for the closely related Suzuki GSX-R1100 (completely different bike) or the Suzuki Shogun 125 (different engine).
