On the positive side, the repair was done correctly, and the phone has worked perfectly since. Prices are Samsung official, so not cheap, but the work comes with a warranty.
Disappointing visit. I went to the Samsung service center in Brussels for a charging port issue. Despite having an appointment, I waited 45 minutes just to be seen. Then they kept my phone for 3 days without updates. When I finally got it back, the problem wasn't fully fixed. Had to return again. Friendly staff, but the service process needs major improvement.
