There is no official “Pokémon Y ROM 1.5” released by Nintendo or Game Freak. The mainline Pokémon games (X, Y, Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire, etc.) don’t have version numbers like “1.5” outside of standard software updates. Pokemon Y Rom 1.5
