This build is for modders. If you want to add your custom OC character, the 100-character screenpack is at capacity. You would need to delete a fighter first. Drop a comment below

The is a set of custom .dll and .cfg files that replace MUGEN's default memory allocation. MUGEN was built in 2001; it cannot natively handle loading 100 characters at once without screaming. You would need to delete a fighter first
