In a scene of pure tension, Elizabeth refuses to sign unless she sees the raw intelligence. When she realizes there’s a chance the target is a body double, she stalls. The strike goes ahead anyway—authorized by the VP. The target is killed, but so are 14 civilians. this felt radical. It still does.
