(Opening shot of the exterior of El Patio de Tapas, a small, family-owned restaurant in the heart of Valencia's old town. The sign reads "El Patio de Tapas" in faded letters.) I just don't understand why people aren't coming back

Gordon Ramsay (voiceover): "Welcome to Valencia, a city known for its stunning architecture, beautiful beaches, and delicious Mediterranean cuisine. But in the heart of the old town, there's a restaurant that's struggling to stay afloat. El Patio de Tapas, a family-owned business, has been serving traditional Spanish dishes for over 20 years. But despite its prime location, the restaurant is on the brink of collapse. Owner Carlos García is at his wit's end, and that's where I come in."

Gordon Ramsay: (to the kitchen staff) "Listen up, because I'm only going to say this once. You lot are not just cooks, you're representatives of this restaurant. You need to take pride in what you're doing. (points to a cook) You, get back in there and start again with a clean slate. And you, (points to another cook) for God's sake, chop those onions properly!"
